The Process
Relax, act natural, and let’s take some pictures
This isn’t about a photoshoot, or even the photos that come from it, it’s about You. Forget about posing and feeling stiff in front of the camera. Imagine going on a walk with an old friend, who just happens to have a camera with them to capture the good times you have along the way. My process is laidback and relaxed, and my only goal is to capture you in the moment.
How is this going to work?

Fill out the form
If you have taken a good look around my website or social media and think we'd be a good fit and you'd like us to work together, just complete the form on my Contact page, and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
02.
Meet up
So everyone feels comfortable and accustomed to each other, we’ll have a quick call or meeting to get to know each other and plan everything out. This way we'll already be familiar with each other before the session and we can hit the ground running.
03.
Picture time
The big day! We'll have a wonderful time getting all the shots we talked about beforehand, as well as whatever feels natural at the time and have a good laugh along the way.

Delivering photos
In two to four weeks, you will receive your edited pictures through a password-protected online gallery, so you can relive the whole experience and share it with all your loved ones. You can even order physical prints directly through the gallery. If you have any questions at all after this, don't hesitate to ask.
FAQ
What should I expect?
We'll have plenty of time to meet each other and discuss the particulars of your day before the event, but generally speaking I'll be there to capture and document your day, from start to finish, capturing every moment for you to experience all over again for years to come.
How many pictures will I receive?
Weddings:
A lot. Most likely too many to put a number on! Every moment of the day will be captured; from the preparation, to the ceremony itself, the family portraits, the party afterwards and every moment in between. Every moment will be captured in great detail, including the ones you didn't even notice at the time. Every photo will be prepared and edited. There's no "You get 100 edited photos", or "You have to pay more for the rest to be edited", or anything like that. you'll receive every photo taken through the day (except for the terrible ones, naturally!).
Non-Weddings:
With the Basic Session, you'll get 30 of the best photos from the session, hand-edited. With the Special Package, you get up t0 100 photos, so you won't have to struggle deciding which ones you want. They'll all bed treated with the same amount of love, which is why the package is more expensive: it covers the added cost of editing so many more photos as well as printing an A3 print of your favourite.
Are you available outside of Cornwall?
Yes! There'll be additional fees to cover my travel and accommodation expenses of course, but I'm more than happy to travel at request. I recently travelled to Nottingham for a Wedding and it was a wonderful trip, I'd love to travel for more so I'm always open to ideas and requests!
Will you be in the way at all?
Definitely not! My goal is to get as close to the action as possible, without you realising I was ever there. I'll be quietly capturing all the smallest moments so that you can see how the day unfolded without really asking you to stop and pose for the camera. I want to capture real moments and emotions without stopping to force them, but that being said, if I see a beautiful moment unfolding I won't hesitate to move something unsightly in the background!
Can I buy prints of my photos?
Yes! You can order prints directly through the online gallery that I send you. I used to have images printed and shipped by a third-party provider but I always wanted to be able to provide a personal touch, so I now print and ship all of my photos from home. I always stock the standard 4x6 size, as well as A4 and A3 for those extra special pieces that deserve a place on your wall, and I can offer them framed or unframed. Other sizes can be requested if you need something in particular, but this may result in longer wait times or higher costs.
Do you only offer paper prints?
Funny you should ask! I wanted to be able to offer something extra special, so with the help of our handy xTool S1 laser, I can now engrave your photos on a whole range of items, from custom-designed wooden Memory Boxes, to slate coasters, travel mugs, phone cases, jewellery. the options are endless. We're diving deep down this rabbit hole at the moment to see what makes the most sense to offer as products, so the range will steadily increase over time.
